Following the 21 Day Fix program will get you to lose weight. It’s up to you to decide how much weight you want to lose and how long you’re willing to work for it. If you want to do more than one round of the 21 Day Fix (another 21 days), then you can because the program offers several different workouts so that you don’t plateau.
You have to plan out your meals and snacks otherwise you will get stuck somewhere with none of the good stuff with you will be starving, ready to reach for the closest food item to shovel down (do you think this has happened to me?). Prepping your food goes hand in hand with the planning. It can take a while to get both of these right and I have yet to master it…..but I will.

Spending thirty minutes each day following the work-out DVDs will provide users with a more firm, fit body. I went into this not looking at doing this for simply 21 days then being DONE, but rather considering those first three weeks a milestone in my commitment to healthy living and using those tools here on out for the next 30, 40, 50 days (you get my point). Having that mentality is helpful for staying on track too and adopting this as a lifestyle rather than a “quick fix.”
The 21 Day Fix is an at-home workout program that will definitely get you in the habit of eating healthier and recognizing how much food you really should be eating at one sitting. It’s not the most exciting workout I’ve personally ever done (other people love the workouts…just see the comments below!), although it is very effective at getting you in much better physical and cardiovascular shape in just 21 days. Amazing!!!
The whole length of the program is 21 day. Nothing can beat this so far. You cannot bulk up a lot. Having trained to compete back in the day this is sad news for me. You can really lose up to 15 pounds. Gotta have to do it twice if you would like to shred over 20 pounds or more. There is not a single day of rest. Sundays are booked for the Yoga fix routine of the program, but despite being relaxing and easy it is still not a complete rest. Thursdays are for the Pilates routine though, and this is yet another form of mini rest.
The 21 day fix program was highly successful, and had shown great results for those who undertook the plan. To the right is a screenshot of the ingredient list from the Tessemae Lemon Garlic dressing. The ingredient section gives you an idea of what to look for when selecting a store bought dressing. I have yet to find the Tessemae brand in store, although we don’t have a Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s anywhere close to us.
